There was great joy in the soup kitchen in the Ursuline convent. Maria and Christine Sennebogen (right) from the SENNEBOGEN Foundation came to deliver the Christmas donation. The SENNEBOGEN Foundation has been supporting the soup kitchen for many years. Now again with an annual donation of 4000 Euros. Superior Judith Reis (left) and Ingela Schlapper, the director of the soup kitchen, were delighted to receive the donation. Ingela Schlapper has been cooking in the soup kitchen for nine years and was well trained by Sr. Brigitte, the long-time director, who has put her heart and soul into her work. "We only have first names," says Ingela Schlapper. Ten to 15 people come three times a week. Since the Corona pandemic, the food is picked up and eaten at home. There is a separate entrance for this and the food is served between 12 and 13 o'clock. As Maria and Christine Sennebogen report, the SENNEBOGEN Foundation is committed to donating to those locally in need. Other contributors to the foundation include acquaintances and friends as well as employees who, for example, forgo birthday gifts.
